The vision of the Process Improvement Committee is to make it easier for all stakeholders to do business with UCF.
The mission of the Process Improvement Committee is to identify and facilitate review of university business processes that impose unnecessary cost or delay or are viewed by users as burdensome or inefficient.
The Academic Affairs' Office of Faculty Excellence leads university-wide initiatives and programs that strengthen faculty support, encourage interdisciplinary collaboration and inspire faculty excellence to advance research, teaching and scholarship.
The Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning (FCTL) is the result of Faculty Senate Resolution 1995-1996-11 calling for the creation of a teaching and learning center to assist faculty in enhancing teaching effectiveness. The mission of the FCTL is to actively support 1) excellence in teaching and learning, 2) successful research and creative endeavors, 3) professional development and fulfillment for faculty, 4) communication and collaboration among faculty on all UCF campuses and the staff members who provide academic and non-academic services for students, and 5) partnerships with other academic institutions and the regional, national and international community to support success in these areas.
