Membership
The committee shall consist of one faculty member from each academic unit (selected by the Committee on Committees), and the provost and vice president for Academic Affairs (ex officio) or designee. The chair and vice chair is elected annually from the faculty membership. Terms of service shall be two years, staggered.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To develop guidelines for travel awards to faculty.
- To make announcements to the faculty regarding availability and procedures for application for travel awards.
- To solicit applications for travel awards.
- To review faculty applications for travel awards and make recommendations to the provost and vice president for Academic Affairs for making these awards.

The committee submits a brief annual report of the committees’ activities by the end of the second week of August each year. Below are the annual reports for the committee.
